The Center for Care Innovations will be launching a webinar series to provide organizations with tangible tools and tips to improve healthcare and service delivery during COVID-19.

We are inviting safety-net healthcare and community-based organizations in CCI’s network to take a pause, reflect on COVID-19 changes to-date and share what key challenges you would like to see discussed in our future webinar series. During the 1-hour call, webinar attendees will be divided into smaller breakout groups to dive deeper into the following topics:
– Transition to Telehealth
– Care Team Structures during COVID
– Adjustments to Quality Improvement Programs during COVID
– Proactive Planning for Post-COVID

Ideas and feedback shared on this call will help to co-design CCI’s webinar series, which will launch on June 3, 2020.
